Rick Zimmermann has prepared himself intellectually and practically to provide aggressive and productive legal services.  Prior to attending law school, he worked as a teacher, truck driver and newspaper reporter.  He has earned a masters degree in political science and combined his legal degree with graduate work in urban planning.  When necessary he has gone to court to broaden constitutional rights for Iowa's citizens.
